What we collect
Passmith has not launched yet. The site has a single form: the waitlist. If you use it, we store your email address, the page and language you signed up from, the date and time, and a shortened form of your IP address — the last part is removed before it is saved, so what we keep points at a network, not at your device.
Nothing else. There is no account, no password, no payment, and no profile built about you.
Why we collect it
To email you when Passmith opens, and to see which pages and languages people sign up from so we know where to publish next. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form.
Cookies and tracking
There are none. Passmith sets no cookies, loads no analytics, and runs no advertising or tracking scripts. Nothing on this site follows you anywhere else.
Who else sees it
Nobody. Your email is not sold, rented, shared, or passed to any third-party mailing service. It is stored on our own server in Amsterdam, the Netherlands — inside the European Union — hosted by DigitalOcean, who act solely as our hosting provider.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or until the waitlist closes and everyone on it has been contacted — whichever comes first.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, send you a copy in a portable format, or withdraw your consent — which removes you from the list.
Write to privacy@passmith.com and we will act within 30 days. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.

Passmith, reachable at privacy@passmith.com. Passmith is a pre-launch project and is not yet incorporated; the operating company's registration details will be published here and in the imprint as soon as that is complete.
Changes to this page
If anything here changes, we update this page and the date below it. We will not start collecting more than is listed above without saying so here first.
